Mr.
Papritz manages the Private Equity funds at Howe Barnes Hoefer
& Arnett. He has spent his entire career in the financial
services business, working for LaSalle Bank Corporation for
almost 20 years. Mr. Papritz played an influential role in
the company's growth having served as CFO of the Chicago based
community banking group and also leading the organization's
acquisition program during the 1990's that resulted in the
bank growing from just over $3 billion in assets in 1990 to
over $100 billion in 2000. Over a 10 year period, LaSalle
acquired 8 financial institutions with assets in excess of
$45 billion and invested capital of $6.5 billion. In his role
as director of M&A at LaSalle, Mr. Papritz was responsible
for developing and maintaining acquisition files on prospective
candidates, determining financial returns of potential acquisitions,
conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, working
with regulatory agencies on merger applications, and integrating
acquired companies into the LaSalle organization. Mr. Papritz
graduated from Luther College with a Bachelors of Arts degree
in business and English and received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg
School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr.
Coughlin has over 23 years of diverse experience in the financial
services industry. Mr. Coughlin joined Howe Barnes in 1993,
was named to the Board in 1997, was elected President and
CEO in September 2001, and elected Chairman of the Board in
October 2002. His background includes investment banking,
equity research, bank supervision and regulation, and commercial
and community banking. Mr. Coughlin's professional career
began in 1984 with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, working
in the Supervision and Regulation Division. In addition to
his extensive regulatory experience, Mr. Coughlin has worked
in the credit department at American National Bank, Chicago,
Illinois and in various departments at McHenry State Bank,
McHenry, Illinois. He is a member of the advisory committee
for the HBI Private Equity Fund I, L.P. and the managing director
of HBI Investment Funds, L.L.C. Mr. Coughlin graduated from
Western Illinois University in 1984 with a Bachelor's degree
in Finance. He received an M.B.A. in 1989 from DePaul University.

Mr.
Sammon is a principal of ICBA Securities and Howe Barnes and
sits on the advisory committees of the HBI Private Equity
Funds I and II, and the ICBA Capital Markets Private Equity
Fund I. In addition, he is the capital markets liaison with
Asset Finance Services. Mr. Sammon has over 10 years of experience
in the investment business. His background includes institutional
sales, private debt and equity transactions. Bill is a graduate
of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Mr.
Didion was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoefer
& Arnett, Inc. prior to its merger with Howe Barnes Investments,
Inc. in 2006. His primary responsibilities include management
of the Firm's San Francisco office and coordination and development
of the Firm's bank and thrift relationships in the Western
United States. Prior to Hoefer & Arnett he was an investment
banker in the Corporate Finance Department of Salomon Brothers
Inc. in New York City, where he was actively involved with
financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for financial
institutions. Mr. Didion graduated from the University of
California at Berkeley in 1988.
