We focus on building relationships with our clients. By partnering
with Howe Barnes, clients have access to our comprehensive
suite of investment banking services, whether it be capital
formation, mergers and acquisitions advice, strategic alternatives
analysis, or financial advisory assistance through a valuation
or fairness opinion, to assist them in achieving their objectives.
We continue to add resources to our investment banking platform,
with a growing national practice of experienced professionals
focused exclusively on the bank and thrift industry. We have
also expanded our geographic reach to better serve our clients,
with four regional offices strategically located in Chicago,
Austin, Raleigh, and San Francisco.
In
2005, we joined forces with the Independent Community
Bankers of America ("ICBA") as their exclusive
capital markets services provider, making Howe Barnes
the only investment bank endorsed by the ICBA.
