Mr. Segal has nearly 20 years of investment and commercial
banking experience, both domestically and abroad. Mr. Segal's
expertise is based on optimizing a company's return on its
financial assets and ensuring that there is adequate liquidity
and capital to support its strategic objectives. Areas of
specialization include M&A, strategic spin-offs and
partnerships, asset sales and securitizations, interest
rate hedging strategies, and sourcing external sources of
financing from a broad array of institutional and private
investors. Throughout his career, Ken's efforts have resulted
in billions of dollars worth of financing solutions for
companies of all sizes, from the smallest start-ups to the
Fortune 10. Mr. Segal, who previously was a principal with JM Seas,
earned his Bachelor's Degree
in Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude, from Bowdoin College in 1987
and he holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the
University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He
holds Series 7, 24 and 63 designations with the NASD and has
served on the Board of Directors for many entities.

Mr. Richardson has over 15 years of commercial banking and foreign trade and investment experience.
Most recently, Mr. Richardson was a Portfolio Manager in the middle market group of NewStar Financial with
responsibility for structuring, negotiating and monitoring transactions that financed leveraged buy-outs, mergers
and recapitalizations for non-investment grade companies nationwide.
In addition to financing cash flow-based transactions, Mr. Richardson has several years of experience in asset
finance as a third-party originator of corporate aircraft, heavy equipment and transportation assets financed by
operating leases. Prior to a career in corporate finance, Mr. Richardson served as Director at the US-ASEAN Council
promoting foreign direct investment in Southeast Asia. Mr. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity
College and an MBA from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Prior to obtaining his
undergraduate degree, Richardson served in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Sammon is a principal of ICBA Securities and Howe Barnes
and sits on the advisory committees of the HBI Private Equity
Funds I and II, and the ICBA Capital Markets Private Equity
Fund I. In addition, he is the capital markets liaison with
Asset Finance Services. Mr. Sammon has over 10 years of
experience in the investment business. His background includes
institutional sales, private debt and equity transactions.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's
degree in Economics.
Douglas
Secord, First Vice President, Director of Equity Capital Markets.

Mr. Secord specializes in the origination and syndication
of equity securities for the firm. He works with clients
to originate and price new issue securities, runs the firm's
lead and co-managed offerings and is the syndicate liaison
with Asset Finance Services. Mr. Secord is also responsible
for the firm's Trust Preferred Securities relationships.
Mr. Secord joined the firm from Stifel Nicolaus & Company,
Inc., where he was a Director of Capital Markets Syndication.
He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the
department. Previous to this role, Mr. Secord was an Analyst
in the Taxable Fixed Income department of EVEREN Securities
and specialized in debt origination and syndication. Mr.
Secord graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's
Degree in Political Science.
